This apartment classified 4 stars in category “Residence of tourism” offers 100 m² on the first floor of a new chalet. A very large living room with a beautiful American kitchen in its center, a dining area for 8 people very comfortable and the living room equipped with a sofa bed “Rapido” in 160×200. A huge Smart-TV sits on the wall of the living room and will make you forget the possible bad weather.
A first double bedroom with a 160×200 bedding, a private bathroom (shower and sink), a large storage closet and a Smart-TV. This room opens onto the south-facing terrace.
A second room for 4 persons, has single beds and is equipped with niches with USB plugs, an individual lamp and a general switch. A large adjoining shower room with toilet, shower and sink. A Smart-TV is also present in this room.
A third large bathroom is for guests who sleep in the sofa bed. A separate toilet, a washing machine and its electric dryer.
Finally, a beautiful terrace equipped with table and chair and a wood sauna which is entirely yours. The stock of wood is at your disposal and the view from the sauna (Aiguilles d’Arves and the Meije rake) will satisfy you.
In the entrance, a heated ski room is also dedicated to you.
The apartment is equipped with a WIFI connection with a very good flow, a Bose speaker controlled by Alexa to create your favorite atmospheres, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary, without forgetting the fondues and raclettes.
Concerning the parking, the chalet has many places, so no problem to park. Moreover, you have a free covered parking space in the center of the resort in front of the snow front. In the morning, you will have the choice between the shuttle bus right next door or the covered parking.
When you arrive, all the beds are made, you have a large and small towel, a washcloth and a pair of slippers. A breakfast is provided for those who do not have the time or courage to go shopping for the next day.
Finally, you should know that the end-of-stay cleaning is offered in the service.
The apartment is on the first floor and you have a beautiful large terrace of 40 m², facing south, with a table and a parasol. A wood-fired sauna in a glassed-in barrel is totally dedicated to you. The stock of logs is available at hand. You can spend hours contemplating the beauty of the resort and the mountain ranges while enjoying the relaxing peace and quiet!
In our large American kitchen, you will find all the necessary tools to enjoy a good raclette, or an exceptional beaufort fondue. For a musical atmosphere of your choice, a Bose speaker is at your disposal. Alexa will be happy to create this atmosphere for you! You also have a screen in each room and a very large screen in the living room! Don’t forget your Netflix and Amazon Prime codes to take full advantage!
Once settled, you will start looking for your future landmarks… Restaurants, food stores, ESF, ESI, the snow front, etc. There are two general food stores in La Toussuire. “Utile” at the top of the station and “Sherpa” on Blanche Street (main street that crosses the station from north to south). The butcher’s shop, the bakery, the delicatessen are in the white street, rather towards the bottom. For the duration of your stay, a private parking lot is available free of charge at the foot of the slopes under the old ice rink on the snow front. Of course, you will also have one or more parking spaces on the chalet grounds depending on your needs. If you prefer to walk, the apartment is located about 800 m from the start of the ski lifts, less than 10 minutes from the center of town and 1 minute from the ski-bus which runs regular and free shuttles throughout the resort in winter!

A room with 1 double bed (160 x 200) equipped with high quality bedding, a wall cupboard, a private shower room with hair dryer and a smart TV.
A second room with 4 single beds, all equipped with a wall alcove with individual light, a master switch and outlets for charging phones and tablets. High quality bedding, a large private bathroom with toilet and hairdryer, a smart TV and a large closet are also available in this room.
A rapido sofa bed (double bed 160 x 200) with an excellent quality Bultex mattress and high quality bedding is located in the large living room.
The apartment also includes another shower room with toilet and hair dryer (3 shower rooms in total)
For small children, a cot and high chair are available upon request.
At the chalet, up to 6 parking spaces can be reserved for you, depending on your needs.
We also provide free parking on the snow front. This parking is covered and is totally dedicated to you for the duration of your stay.
